The PeopleSoft HCM Technical lead position will be responsible for providing management and oversight of all technical development, PeopleSoft and database administration and integration activities in support of a PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 Federal application. The PeopleSoft v9.2 Federal HCM system is currently in the operations and maintenance phase. This position will be responsible for leading sub team leads and teams who are supporting PeopleSoft enhancements, bug fixing, interface maintenance and PeopleSoft and database administration activities. The position will be responsible for coordinating with the IT Security Lead to ensure the system is remaining compliant with all Federal security requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 12-15 years of experience with development, PeopleSoft administration, Oracle database administration and interfaces on PeopleSoft HCM projects or a combination of experience of the three
• 12-15 years of experience with PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, production support or a combination of experience
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Lead role
• Experience with Public Sector required
• Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM (Federal product- a plus)
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.x experience
• Experience with Federal IT security requirements (i.e., FISMA)
• Experience with all project lifecycle phases
• Solid understanding of PeopleSoft development and integration tools
• Solid understanding of setup tables, reporting, and integration of all modules
