As an Ops Desk Manager, you will lead a team of first level security analysts managed in Costa Rica, Brazil, Poland and US. Your responsibilities include leading the Security Operations Desk team, managing development, performance and career of every team member. Document, develop and improve the operational guidelines, develop and maintain KPIs and work closely with the leadership of Managed Security Services to support our clients and lead key projects and automations to help transform delivery.
