Operations Production Analyst (Level 2 Autosys Product Support)

Job description

  Perform installation, configuration & administration of AutoSys schedulers (both R11.3/R11.3.6 version ).
·  Perform installation, configuration and operational support of AutoSys components i.e. EEM, WCC.
·  Perform installation, configuration, administration and operational support of JAWS 5.3/5.5 application.
·  Perform Unix shell scripting in Bourne, Korn, Bash and Perl for automating processes.
·  Support the account homegrown and customized critical Job Failure Demon(JFD) AutoSys alerting tool.
·  Use ServiceNow system to create Change tickets to implement changes in LE/production environment.
·  Troubleshoot issues/problems to resolve Incident tickets.
·  Perform tasks in support of server upgrades, patches, installs, and troubleshoot Autosys issues.
·  Work effectively with different teams to resolve Autosys issues on Solaris, SUSE, Redhat, AIX, Windows Systems.
·  Perform SQL query to troubleshoot database related Autosys issues on Oracle 11g/12c/RAC databases.
·  Work with AutoSys L3 for development, integration & implementation of various AutoSys projects, upgrades/fixes and migration of various AutoSys components.
·  Perform testing of customized AutoSys schedulers and its various components after applying fixes.
·  Create Windows batch scripts, JILs and provide functional expertise to business team as required.
·  Perform testing and certification of Unix quarterly patches on Autosys environments.
·  Perform AutoSys testing at OOR (Out of Region) Datacenter and bring up & support AutoSys at OOR.
·  Setup various AutoSys monitors, reboot jobs script, JBOSS & Python script to automate.
·  Work and coordinate with Oracle and Unix team for their patch installation on AutoSys servers.
·  Support the account RapidIT process/Puppet for Autosys jobs automation.
·  Perform AutoSys tasks for Disaster Recovery(DR) testing and work for Data guard setup.
·  Work on retirement of old Autosys servers, capacity enhancement and SSL certificates install.
·  Perform export and import of AutoSys databases during database out of sync issues.

PLEASE NOTE:
This position is a Long Term Supplemental role with IBM Benefits. Supplemental employment is a classification of temporary personnel employed by IBM for business needs of an indeterminate duration, or to obtain special skills needed for a limited period. The expectation is that the length of this project will be 3 years.
