Be the Service Owner of a security service utilized by internal company consumers. (653)
Duties include:
·  Be the single point of contact and “owner” of the service, including working with the consumers of the service, various organizations and vendors which provide the different components of the service, our internal finance organization, executive management, corporate audit and corporate business controls.
·  Create and maintain information describing the service; including terms of service, service engagement information, service descriptions, Q&A, etc.
·  Work with internal and external organizations which provide components used to create the service to ensure delivery excellence and meeting of SLO, SLE, SLA; resolve problems with service; life cycle manage the components of the service
·  Maintain the service offering's short- and long-term service offering strategies and delivery plans
·  Assist customers in their use of the service, including technical consulting on how the service can be used for a specific customer situation, lead problem determination and resolution efforts when problem is not resolved by level 1,2,3 operational support teams, respond to customer feedback, response to service related questions, including how the service operates, its security compliance, and technical architecture.
·  Lead projects which improve the service, including creation of appropriate project plans and the application of project management tools, techniques, approaches.
·  Ensure service is operated effectively and in compliance with all security policies and practices
·  Develop and monitor all needed service operational metrics to maximize service availability, customer satisfaction, ensure compliance with security policies and practices.
·  Identify systemic problem with service or if a specific consumer's problem or concern was not resolved correctly, then identify the root cause and take actions to eliminate the potential for that problem in the future. Problem resolution will require working with service architects, service operations teams, teams outside of our organization.
·  Monitor financial aspects of the service and provide required forecasts and historical spend.
·  Provide lifecycle management view of service, including identification and driving projects for service improvements or maintenance actions. CIODEM20

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  4+ years of network or IT security experience with deep and broad knowledge of security concepts, practices, security controls, policy.
·  Familiarity with network architecture principles and practices, network equipment and its configuration with specific knowledge of Firewall, IPS and other network security controls.
·  Experience in operating network services within Enterprises.
·  Experience in working with service consumers to enable their “frictionless” consumption of a service and to resolve their problems.
·  Experience in communicating and maintaining service descriptions, service delivery processes, other artifacts required of a well-run service.
