IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking .NET Developer with a passion for growth and innovation. Join our team and utilize leading-edge technology to configure, develop, deliver and support applications for our clients in areas such as Mobile, Big Data, Cloud Computing or Smarter Commerce. Our clients are some of the world's leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs.

The successful .Net candidate will have the following skills, and experience levels;
·  3 years experience as a .NET Developer Microsoft Technologies using C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET.
·  Analysis, design, and implementation of web based and Windows based applications using the .Net technologies
·  Experience with the .Net frameworks
·  Front end development knowledge, HTML, CSS, Java script, XML
·  Knowledge of Bootstrap, AJAX Toolkit, JQuery, Angular.JS
·  Experience with SOAP, RESTFUL, and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
·  Strong knowledge of database programming
In addition, the candidate must have experience in a customer facing role, helping customers design and create their solutions. Must be a self-starter, able to complete assignments with minimal supervision. Ability to mentor and lead more junior members of the team.

The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel up to 50% of the time. No remote opportunities exist.
