Junior Events Specialist

Job description

The Junior Events Specialist works on opportunity matching systems process (OMS) in order to:
·  Collaborate with all events owners from WW, Europe and MEA to maintain and update the European pre-matching process
·  Update on a daily basis the pre-coding tracker available in the European community with a pre-matching status for each event
·  Review and update in CRM the opportunities involved in a specific event and report their status to stakeholders
·  Act as an interface between technical teams and event owners if opportunities updated fail to report under a specific event
·  Keep informed of all updates on the algorithm that calculates the revenue returned by marketing tactics
·  Adheres to the marketing process, business controls and demonstrates proper application of the marketing tools
·  Maintain flexibility to respond to business stresses and gaps while keeping program execution on course.
