Provide technical support and assistance to the IT environment deployed which includes servers and communications infrastructure for network and voice. Responsible for executing Service Integrity and Availability process, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add & Change) activities, troubleshooting for LAN/ WAN problems, contacting hardware vendor for in-scope warranty work, perform Network Monitoring, comply with required IBM and Client security standards, and execute Disaster Recovery tests and procedures.
