Job description
IBM Watson is the leader in Cognitive Computing. The IBM brand asscociated with Cognitive Computing is called Watson. The Marketing team in the Global Watson IoT Center is running +100 client events per year. In order to support the team, we are looking for a working student.
In summary your tasks will include:
- Partner with other Sales- & Marketing functions to develop a sound event strategy considering the competitive landscape, target audiences content relevance and experiences with prior events
- Interlock with the key stakeholders on a regular basis to get the right content for the event execution
- Manage and coordinate the event plan in line with the end-to-end strategy to support the Watson IoT business
- Provide recommendations in terms of speaker selection and portfolio showcased at our events
- Manage an effective agency contribution in the event development
- Communication on the events
- Leverage Event Report Analysis and NPS measurement to provide insights on event performance
- Implement post event follow up plans
Expected workload between 10 - 16 hours per week. The candidate will also be personally mentored as part of their career development.
