The Human Resources team is challenged with maintaining policies and procedures, companywide. We are looking for a HR Administrator in our Casablanca office with demonstrated people and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and attention to detail.

Essential duties:
· Administer company policies and procedures
· Field employee and manager questions regarding benefits and company policies
· Process new hire paperwork
· Ensure HR database is up to date and accurate
· Process employee changes to include transfers, promotions and other changes
· Conduct monthly validations of active contractor accounts
· Process system access requests according to company policy
· Assist with day to day responsibilities that are essential to the business northafrica12
