Your Role and Responsibilities :
Objective of the job:
An HR Administrator professional (SME) at the above account has to develop subject matter expertise in all payroll and EDM processes and a sound knowledge of end to end payroll and EDM delivery for his/her country. This person has also the ownership for designated processes which may include the delivery of projects.

Responsibilities :
The SME supports TLs, Manager and ADPE/DPE with all kind of operational tasks. Acts as Best Practice facilitator and participates in Continuous Improvement Initiatives. An HR Administrator Professional (SME) drives and participates actively in projects that aim to improve quality/accuracy/ efficiency.

The SME coordinates implementation of new change controls, as requested by the client at Budapest Center level or Global Level. Involvement is also required to lead implementation of ad hoc process changes connected to the evolution of labor law environment, evolution of client needs.

The SME supports the TL to ensure that the team is cross-trained/multi-skilled and proactive customer focused.

The SME needs to develop expertise in DTPs and is fully knowledgeable on the documentation and distribution of this knowledge to the team members. The SME also coordinates the process documentation updates, according to client's requirements. The SME is the main expert in all processes, therefore needs to provide support to the Team Leaders and to the team, in case of questions or investigations arise that are related to process execution. In case required, provides training/coaching for other team members. Coordinates the process documentation reviews and helps Team Leaders / Manager with BC related tasks.

An HR Administrator professional (SME) can also have operational responsibilities as an HR Professional and assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

The HR Administrator professional (SME) is fully responsible for the Change controls and implementation of exceptional handlings: analyze the new change controls, clarify potential complexity with the client, and with account leadership (Manager or Service Delivery Manager) accountable for the quick implementation of the change controls and for organizing training for the team as per needs. Review and update the Global DTP's according to incoming change controls. Same applies for Exceptional Handlings (assessment, implementation, documentation update, communication to the team).

The SME needs to take part on the daily operation as requested by manager / team leader. Conduct day to day duties accurately, timely and with reasonable amount of common sense. Ensure completeness, accuracy and ownership. Pass on skills and knowledge to other staff, train and offer support to New Hires. Apply and share best practices. Be ready to take over transactions in case of peak, or in case of particularly complex request coming.
The SME needs to take part in weekly / ad hoc meetings with the delivery managers or with the client to discuss implementation of Change Controls, Process improvements; share information and best practices with relevant colleagues; assist team members in case of extra complex request are coming.

The HR Administrator Professional is expected to identify process gaps or improvement opportunities, to plan ahead to address improvement needs and to turn ideas into practice; to implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction or controls status if necessary. The SME is expected to analyze incoming client escalations together with the delivery team, prepare detailed answers and clarifications to client questions without supervision. The SME is also expected to encourage team members to take ownership of action items or projects to resolve.

The SME needs to support timely implementation of policies and procedures (or changes to those), follow up on issues team members have raised and feed back to them on progress regularly if involvement is needed in the resolution. Communicating with the client during weekly / ad hoc meetings about the status of implementation of Change Controls and the feasibility is also expected, i.e. prepare workload assessment and share with relevant stakeholders (TLs, managers, Service Delivery Manager, client), to be able to evaluate a realistic completion date with the available resources.

The SME is expected to understand the scope of the contracted service and work closely with the manager and the Service Delivery Manger to implement changes as well as to help colleagues understand the scope of their activities and the need to alert supervisor(s) when out-of-scope requests are raised.
The HR Administrator Professional needs to cooperate closely with team members, team leaders and the manager to ensure a smooth process delivery, to ensure that monthly compliance tests are performed within the deadline.
The HR Administrator Professional should act as Training focal point in the team and needs to cooperate with team leaders to understand the needs in the team in terms of training. Organize and deliver trainings to the team members.

The SME is expected to work towards minimizing the likelihood of mistakes by ensuring that control procedures are followed. Understand and apply Business Controls, data privacy and security guidelines / regulations. Drive compliance and timeliness in all business controls related activities (e.g. reports, audit preparation, perform controls, submit SOX and compliance test results, educate team members, monitor accuracy of double controls and take necessary actions if non-compliant item is identified). Ensure that compliance tests are performed in a timely manner and that action plans are implemented and closed by the given deadline.
