IBM is searching a student/intern for the position of HR Internship Coordinator (INTERNSHIP/STAGE)

The HR Recruitment Team is responsible for recruiting, staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM as well as partnering with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward. The Recruitment Team is also responsible for ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls or initiating/maintaining immigration statuses.

We are looking for a student taking ownership of the internships process and support with activities related to recruitment. As intern for the HR Recruitment Team you will be responsible for the follow-up on the contractual documents, payment of allowances, reporting, contact with managers and interns, contact with universities and high schools. You will be in charge to update the internal and external HR Website and to contribute in Social Media Recruitment for the Hiring Team.

Responsibilities which define this internship include organizing/disseminating/communicating information and correspondence; coordinating events, establishing relationships at all levels; maintaining and developing vital records/tracking tools; responding to requests; composing documentation; compiling summary reports, charts, graphics ; managing internet/intranet applications; managing calendar activity/large meetings/expense control processes; performing special projects, as appropriate.

For this you will be in contact with different specialists in HR and the global website team. This will give you a good overall view of all HR activities .

In the context of your studies this internship will give you the opportunity to understand several aspects of the activities at IBM. You will assist in the day-to-day activities of a HR hiring and support team.

This internship should last for a maximum period of 60 working days (approximately 3 months), with a possibility to extend the internship in the next academic year.

The student must be registered in a high-school or university with the purpose of obtaining a master's or bachelor's degree.

Students who have already graduated are no longer eligible, even if supported by the school, unless they have a new school registration in place to obtain an additional degree.

Due to Belgian legislation you have to be a student at a Belgian University or you have to be an EU citizen.
