As a Helpdesk Technician, your role will involve :
· Implementation of the system infrastructure (hardware and network)
· Troubleshooting and maintenance (level 2 tickets requiring human intervention on the equipment)
· Organization of user technical training and creation of the procedures associated with the arrival of the user and during major problem / change / update of an IT technical tool
· Management of a team of technicians
· Make proposals for the evolution of the IT solution
· Manage computer park and stock
