Role Description

Within our IBM Services division, we are looking for a Full-Stack Java Lead Developer for significant project work in Adelaide , including leading detailed application-level architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:
·  Experience in full stack Java development
·  Preferably, a good understanding/familiarity with IBM Case Manager and IBM Filenet
·  Lead other developers, including making, communicating, documenting and ensuring compliance with key technical decisions
·  Experience in building custom application in REST service and JavaScript API's.
·  Experience in delivering mobile applications
·  Excellent good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
·  Excellent problem solving skills.
·  Co-ordinating with the business teams to elicit and understand requirements.
·  Work in an agile as well as waterfall environments
·  Co-ordinate with the QA teams and consolidate/report testing outcomes.
·  Work with the architecture teams to suggest improvements to case manager architectures.
·  Partner with key stakeholders and teams across the organizations.
·  Mentoring other developers and team members.

Qualification:
·  Must be an Australian citizen
·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. with minimum of 5+ years of experience
·  Minimum of 2 to 4 years as a Java Lead Developer.
·  Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
·  Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
·  Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
·  Preferably based in Adelaide, or willing to relocate.
