Job description
The First Line Manager at IBM/Resilient is the lead sales executive of a team of Sales Executives that guide security engagements which include IBM/Resilient products and services.
The First Line Manager is responsible for the overall sales strategy that drives closure of the assigned territory for IBM/Resilient products and services.
The First Line Manager must be comfortable coaching and managing his/her team to make them proficient in presenting the Resilient solution to C Level and above executives. They are also responsible to ensure that all Account Executives have a demonstrated understanding of the client's business goals, strategies and industry trends and directions.
The First Line Manager needs to lead multiple opportunities concurrently although typically in different sales stages, through to closure. FLM needs to ensure that all opportunities are reflected accurately in our CRM tool based on knowledge of each deal. Needs to be fluent on current status and next steps on each opportunity for the current and future quarters.
Responsible for meeting or surpassing a specific assigned revenue number in order to sustain growth within the business unit.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 5 years of experience in a business development related role
· At least 5 years of experience working in projects related to one of the core domains: Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Identity & Access Management (IAM) , Data Security or Security Operations Center (SOC) / SIEM
· At least 1 year of experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions
· At least 1 year of experience in management consulting and/or systems integration
· At least 1 year of experience working with security consulting teams
