We have an exciting opportunity for our growing Financial Systems area….
Looking for Business Analytics professional with experience in the field of Management Info Systems, specifically with strong analytical and development skills and with experience working with multi-dimensional OLAP (online analytical processing) systems (Cognos TM1) in support of Finance, Accounting and Business Operations customers.
Position Duties
· Technical system support, administration and maintenance of Cognos TM1 or related financial applications in support of Finance customers
· Analyzing changes or new requests from customers or business process owners
· Performing and managing changes in OLAP outlines
· Maintaining security filters and groups, end users access management and data security
· Develop and maintain ETL (extract transform, load) processes to source and load data
· Develop and maintain chores and processes in TM1 or equivalent OLAP tools.
· Develop and maintain Excel templates to perform data load and extract
· Perform tie out to source systems
· Create and iterate test procedures to ensure proper function and data integrity
· Perform root cause analysis of technical and process issues.
Successful candidates will have the following work habits
· Requires strong communication and customer interfacing skills;
· Working knowledge of the business processes being supported;
· Ability to manager deliverables and data availability to meet business critical deadlines.
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
