Job description
IBM is seeking an indirect tax analyst to become part of a team supporting global indirect tax. This analyst will collaborate with tax professionals, tax accountants, developers, and consulting professionals to support key job responsibilities:
• Tax discovery and gather tax requirements
• Root cause analysis of process issues and resolve issues
• Develop, document, and perform user acceptance testing
• implementation and Maintenance of Indirect Tax Technology
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
What you'll do:
• Perform configuration and Tax Determination
• Participate in tax discovery and gather tax requirements
• Perform root cause analysis of process issues and resolve issues
• Develop, document, and perform user acceptance testing
• Assist in implementation and Maintenance of Indirect Tax Technology
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Configure Indirect Tax Determination.
The team is located in Southbury CT
No remote opportunities exist
Will consider relocation for candidates with the right skills/experience
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship
