Job description
The Entitlement Software Sales Representative role recaptures lost IBM stream revenue. The representative is responsible for identifying, progressing, and closing software reinstatement opportunities within a defined geographic territory. Entitlement Software Sales Representative are required to team with Renewal Sales, Field Sales, Business Partners, Technical Support, and customers to position and sell the value of reinstatement and the requirements of software license compliance. Demonstrated teaming and negotiation skills are required to establish an acceptable price and present a business case for special bid approvals.
Candidates should have
· Proven track record in sales including demonstrated account management
· Demonstrated skills in sales pipeline progression and forecasting, using CRM systems
· Excellent Social Media presence and can demonstrate how you use social media tools in a sales role
· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
· Initiative and commitment is required to enable you to work in a fast moving and challenging environment Understanding IBM's cross brand on prem software and SaaS portfolio, software licensing requirements, and end to end business process both external and internal, is critical to an Entitlement Representatives success.
