IBM Cloud Managed Services can provide access to a production-ready, security-rich, cost-effective cloud infrastructure, managed by IBM and designed to help drive business value and competitive advantage while facilitating reduced operational risk. It includes optional rapid migration services.

IBM DevOps Engineer supporting the IBM ECM on Cloud organization in support of Filenet, Datacap,CMOD installation, configuration and problem management resolution of issues of systems for production readiness. Candidate should posses: • Expertise in Install & Config experience of FileNet CPE, ICN, ICM, WebSphere • Prior experience in setting up High Availability, DR environments, Knowledge of Load Balancers, Linux, Windows. • Experience in IBM ECM platform Finetuning, troubleshooting, analyzing performance problems • Previously work experience in any cloud & IBM ECM administrator is added advantage
• Excellent trouble shooting skills to identify performance bottlenecks, integrations issues etc •
Prior experience in Automation for installation, deployments using leading automation tools like Ansible / scripts like python, shell scripts • Ability to conduct RCA and close out the actions coming out of RCA • Ability to interact with customers independently to understand environment, understand request for service and to present RCA outcomes • Experience in change management and working on change window to apply patch or make required configuration changes • Project management skills such as estimation, scheduling, coordination, communication with stake-holders etc • Ability to document architecture and run-book/cook-book for various operations in application area • Contribute training materials to the larger team via working sessions, video recordings and written documentation • Conduct unit, integration, and application tests on provisioned environments • Manage and maintain test environments for the team's testing activites • Foster the adoption and adherence of DevOps principles to the larger team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

3 year experience working as a Dev Ops Engineer.
Minimum 2 years' experience in configuration and tuning of Oracle database.
