Job description

Design Lead, IBM Corporation, Austin, TX: Responsible for the delivery of design assets. Define scope of work items. Write code to create design assets and define the overall experience of the product. Schedule and run daily standup and scrum calls. Create user experiences that solve complex problems and ensures usability, accessibility, and overall efficiency of products. Lead the design team with sprint planning, project coordination, team mentoring and showcasing design outcomes to key stakeholders. Produce high fidelity designs and specification documents to enhance the visual experience of the product. Analyze internal and external feedback to improve product design. Use Design Thinking in an enterprise product design environment. Utilize HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Digital Communications and Media or related and two (2) years of experience as a Developer, Designer, or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Full time. W198.
