Job description
Our team in Brussels is applying data science techniques and insight to help our clients fight
terrorism, support national defense, and ensure safety of Belgian and European citizens. We also
use data-based outcomes to improve recruiting and help people find suitable jobs. We support a range of clients in Belgium and across Europe such as NATO, Belgian Defense, and Police in support of these missions. We develop reusable platforms for intelligence analysis, defense operations, and back office optimizations using industry leading capabilities such as cognitive computing, big data analytics, and design thinking.
What you may do:
· Lead and assist in application of cognitive technologies, machine learning and other data
· science techniques in solving real problems
· Assist in developing next generation recruiting and staffing platform that uses open source
· and social media intelligence to better identify, match, and grow people in jobs
· Support data analysis and data migration associated with projects using advanced data
· management techniques
· Develop reports for internal and external consumers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Requirements for the position:
