The position is mainly about providing Business as Usual CyberArk operations as is implementing changes, incidents, service requests and also doing reports and other administration activities. Possibility to grow inside team to 2nd and 3rd level.

Responsibilities:

1st level activities:

·  Loading - Allow the add or modification of parameters or ids in the password vault.
·  Deletion of server or application - Allow the deletion of accounts from Cyber-Ark if they are no longer existing on the systems. Note that every shared ids existing on the systems must be registered in the password vault application.
·  Dispatching - workload distribution within the team
·  Mass Password change - Allow the mass update of passwords in Cyber-Ark. Can be useful for service IDs.
·  Communication with technicians within the team and outside of the team
·  Cyber-Ark reports - Managing reports based on activities which are made daily/monthly/quarterly/annually.
·  Possibility to grow to second/third level within the team in future

2nd level activities:

·  CPM activation / deactivation
·  CPM errors
·  Troubleshooting of CPM servers
