Content Experience Architect

Job description

In this key leadership role, you will have the opportunity to establish and deliver the content experience for this exciting, new marketplace offering. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Defining the overall strategy for how information is organized, presented, and delivered based on users' goals and context

· Collaborating with other writers, UX, and visual designers to build a consistent style for our communications.

· Engaging stakeholders, including clients, in creating the information experience strategy

· Producing an extensible and automated content delivery environment that supports continuous delivery

· Closely collaborating with offering management, design, and development to drive information requirements into task flows for the offering's user interfaces that align with IBM's Design Thinking practices

· Contributing to content deliverables and their review, to ensure a consistent content experience for our end users

· Ensuring content is understandable and easy to read, and clearly describes next steps/actions.

· Delivering communications/content utilizing Agile methodologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· At least 3 years of experience in content writing with a focus on communications in an on-line environment
· Experience with DevOps Technology like Jenkins, Travis CI, etc.
· Experience with SOA/web services – REST, JSON, XML
· Experience working in an agile environment.

· Problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills to handle high-pressure, complex situations effectively

· Experience developing within micro-services architecture in Kubernetes

· Familiarity with DevOps practices (Continuous Integration/ Delivery/ Monitoring/etc)

· Experience designing & architecting web applications
