Job description
The IBM Systems Worldwide Client Center in Poughkeepsie, NY has an opening for an Operations Administrator.
This position serves as the single point of contact for IBM Sellers and Business Partners who wish to bring their customers to the Client Experience Center (CEC) for briefings and design workshops. The Operations Administrator manages all CEC scheduling, Insures IBM CTEBA compliance, generate CRM (Briefing Source) records and records Sales Connect Opportunity Numbers, Coordinates food/beverage orders, generates briefing package / agenda, interfaces with discussion leaders and executives, prepares security packages, confirms valid Non-Disclosure Agreements are in place, generates name badges and tent cards, greet clients on day of event, establish Box repository for all presentations and sends to clients post-event, provides discussion leader scorecards and collects automated survey results to create Net Promoter Score metrics.
In addition, this position is responsible for several back-office functions including: Generates recovery billing (domestic, international and Credit Card transactions), Generate CEC purchase orders, work orders and support / maintenance contracts, Runs management reports, Processes invoices, maintains CEC office supplies and client mementos, Oversees building maintenance agreement for cleaning in CEC, Processes moves/telephone/furniture/key requests for department and Supports Technology Showcase Program (pedestal implementation, graphics and content).

Experience in generating purchase orders and IBM BOND
Familiar with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations and compliance
Able to Navigate Sales Connect CRM System
Understanding of CTEBA rules for Government Owned Entities and Public Sector Clients
Exceptional organizational skills – demonstrated ability to multi-task
