Business Program Administrator

Job description

Responsible for assisting the logo BPM team and P&L lead to track Logo initiatives each quarter/half. In particular, EOS activities (HW and SW) and premium attach rates.

Tasks :
Taking direction from P&L Lead / BPM in relation to campaigns and initiatives each quarter/half
Develop opportunity lists for sales from global/geo data
Working with sales teams to obtain updates and track these campaigns and initiatives
Weekly updates to P&L Lead / BPM on status
Ad hoc activities in response to Geo requests

Skills needed:
Excellent spreadsheet skills
Understanding of Logo HW and SWS business offerings (e.g. EOS Ext, WSU, SE)
Ability to work under own supervision to achieve goals
Ability to multitask
Ability to work with Sales
Knowledge of CHIS an advantage

Additional information:

Please be aware that whilst the majority of work is conducted in normal business hours, we work in 24/7 shift environment, and there will be a requirement for OOH work including nights, weekends and holidays (There is a financial uplift for night shift).
