Business Unit Introduction
IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) helps clients plan, implement and manage an efficient, resilient, flexible IT infrastructure. IBM GTS is the partner of choice for infrastructure services – be it transformational outsourcing tied to business outcomes or integrated managed services or discrete services.

Who you are:

·  You will apply your expertise in developing and implementation of the solution architecture.
·  You will also be working on product customization, integration and extensions required for the solution to meet the customer's expectation.
What you will do:
·  Understand product requirements and end-user needs and drivers
·  Identify, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
·  Define end to end processes (customer centric) for key functional capabilities
·  Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing for each release
·  Responsible for process definition and documentation for key customer use cases
·  Assist each of the Technical Account Managers in defining and documentation of specific
·  o Customer stories,
·  o Documentation
·  o Processes
·  o Test cases
·  Provide as additional set of resources to help with testing customer specific use cases
·  Assist with exhaustive testing of new functionality / capability / customization for a specific customer
·  Responsible for acquiring data from disparate data sources for bills, conduct analysis and reconcile data for underlying data issues for customers
·  Provide as SME support for billing training and billing related issue triage

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  1-2 years demonstrated, hands-on experience in business/systems analysis in the technology industry, including preparing project documents.
·  Proven working experience as a data analyst
·  Expertise in MS-Excel and analytical modelling
·  Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
·  Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML and Javascript,)
·  Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

·  Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
·  Demonstrated ability to act in a consultative role to understand functional business processes, related IT needs and to develop solutions and delivery proposals.
·  Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups, and manage multiple responsibilities.
·  Strong technical writing and proficient with modeling & mapping tools (eg Visio).
·  Strong initiative; able to self-manage and use good judgment of when to ask for assistance or guidance from managers.
·  Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible enough to work through the issues to get the right things done.
