The ESW Business Analyst position provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into the worldwide processes for a segment of IBM's Entitled Software for mainframes that is growing rapidly. Use of Agile business practices is also expanding in the industry and exposure to IBM's adoption will provide insight.
·  The Business Analyst will work in and agile environment, be responsible for engaging with the ESW stakeholders in the following process areas: Product Selection, Inventory Validation, Contract Registration, Billing.
·  Perform the analyst role in documenting requirements for projects, enhancements or defect corrections.
·  Will participate in testing and move to production readiness.
·  The role will develop procedures and documentation to provide a measure of consistency in processes, reporting and completion of work requests.
·  Will provide user support and detailed analysis when data questions arise.
·  Participate in daily Agile scrum (stand up) calls to provide update on tasks completed, in progress and any blockers.
·  Liaison with finance, tax and IT teams to provide support to business stakeholders for ESW operations questions
·  Work cooperatively with the squad and stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues.
·  Ensure monthly scheduling and processes are completed timely and accurately.
·  Support squad testing activities IBM will not be providing visa sponsorship for these positions now or in the future. Therefore, in order to be considered for this position, you must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
