Currently IBM CIC Baltics is hiring Big Data Engineers. In this role you will work on designing and developing challenging solutions that automate various aspects of data acquisition, ingestion, storage, access and transformation of data.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Education in Computer Science or equivalent
·  Experience programming in NoSQL, RDBMS Databases and BigData technologies.
·  Background that includes IT infrastructure, engineering, business intelligence and advanced
·  analytics development.
·  Experience building complex distributed batch and real time systems.
·  Ability to apply and enable machine learning algorithms to solve a business problem that has a real impact to customers
·  Agile mindset
·  Excellent verbal and written communications skills
·  Fluency in English
·  Readiness to travel up to 50% travel annually
