Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be working as a Client Partner for one or more accounts within FSS with a focus on Mortgages and Lending Transformation Engagement Sales. Your key responsibilities will be:
• Lead client relationship development, sales, solutioning and delivery of transformational consulting, application services and BPO engagements for our largest banking and financial services clients
• Build and manage senior executive client relationships within business, operations and technology.
• Lead boardroom and executive strategy sessions on Mortgages and Lending Transformation
• Shape large scale Mortgages and Lending Transformation based on exploiting the power of Digital, Data, AI and Cloud. Transformation engagements should include operations (BPO) transformation
• Develop client value proposition across areas of Mortgages and Lending, including coming with up with innovative commercial models
• Build and maintain preferred supplier (PSL) relationships working in partnership with sourcing function within financial services clients
• Contribute to the growth and eminence of the Financial Services sector through thought leadership and practice development activities, including coaching and mentoring talent
• Provide delivery leadership and oversight across your client with aim of driving high NPS and building trusted relationship
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Proven ability to build deep trusted relationships at the senior level within Financial Services with an existing network of CXO relationship across UK and Ireland
• Strong domain expertise in financial services with depth in mortgages and lending businesses
• Extensive experience of leading and shaping Mortgages and Lending Transformation engagements with clients from executive to C-level, including a proven ability to define and shape winning solutions for clients and how this service is managed
• Selling and delivering large Mortgages and Lending Transformation engagements which is based on exploiting the power of Digital, Data, AI and Cloud
• Good understanding Cloud & Technology Transformation engagements. Experience of selling and delivering a large-scale Cloud transformation engagement will be a big plus.
• Solution mind-set – ability to connect the dots to conceptualize a solution, value proposition and create a blueprint translating into an offering
• A strong team player and an individual contributor, passionate about sharing knowledge and best practice
