Job description
Responsibilities:
Registration of new assets and updating of existing assets in the database, based on incoming requests.
Analyzing and comparing actual data with previous month data and describing changes.
Making sure that the data in the databases is correct and taking corrective actions (cleanups etc.).
Checking and analyzing the quality of incoming requests.
Providing support and education to our requestors.
Communication with different teams within IBM.
Have an overview of incoming request/tickets.
Work with Excel (reporting) - tables, advanced functions, reconciliations, charts
Investigative work on data quality issues
