Job description

As part of the HW Asset Management services for GR accounts, the Hw Tracking Analysts develop key services for the account specific environment on the commercial ISM Platform, The role supports on the account specific environment the following activities:
- Quality Assurance for GDF services structure, ensure SLA's and daily service Status to Americas
- Ensure E2E process flow of orders through nature tool
- Process orders for SO clients HW Requirements
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled and followed
- Search an assets
- Download assets report
- Add records to the db.
- Update a record already existing from ISM to ATP
