The BPM Technical Practise Team Boeblingen provides on-site and remote consultancy for our customers to transform their Business on IBM BPM software. Consultancy ranges from the development of applications and integration of services based on latest WebSphere technology up to BPM operation and monitoring on IT level as well as on Business Level. You are working with our customers' IT department to enable them operating the BPM suite, deploying newly developed applications, as well as you'll discuss with the business line new requirements. You'll also work very closely with the BPM development team to identify the best solution for the customer as well as to provide feedback to the product. As member of the Technical Practise Team, the focus is on enabling customers and the field to become self-sufficient. Typical examples of the deliverables are BPM solutions running in pilot production mode. We are engaged in the European market, typically in UK, Germany, France and Italy.

As BPM Specialist you have a very good technical background in j2EE and you understand complex cluster topologies. Online transactional processing as well as online analytic processing is familiar to you. You have a background in Business engineering, so that can transform customer's requirements into an application. Required
· Bachelor's Degree
· At least 2 years experience in java and javascript
· At least 1 year experience in J2EE
· At least 1 year experience in Web Development
· English: Fluent
· German: Fluent

Preferred
· Master's Degree
· At least 1 year experience in Business Engineering
· At least 1 year experience in IBM BPM Portfolio
· French : Intermediate
