Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Candidate must possess at least a 2-year vocational course or a Bachelor's/College Degree holder (any course but preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
• Candidates are required to be fluent in Japanese/Nihongo and English.
• Work experience in an IT company and having a JLPT certification is an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in any IBM sites - Quezon City (Eastwood Libis and UP Ayala Technohub) and/or Cebu City.
• Must be willing to work on Dayshift, Midshift or Night Shift
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Programmers/Tech Leads:
·  Develops and designs applications based on Java/J2EE technology stack using Java as the programming language. This specialty requires experience on development of enterprise applications using Java technologies such as core Java, JSP, Servlet, Java beans, Java 2 Enterprise Edition, etc. Testers/Test Leads:
·  Tests application and systems with a focus on Planning, Preparation, Execution and Reporting activities based on business and System requirements.
·  Create/develop testing plans for a wide set of software applications and components Project Managers:
·  Leads a project team in delivering custom development solutions according to project charter or contract. This role has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. This role manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and client employees and 3rd party vendors. This role requires experience with PM methodologies
