Job description

Development Skills:
• Document RPA requirements, design automation solution, develop and configure automation, perform unit testing and SIT
• Works with team to identify solutions; selects and implements most appropriate solution
Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in control
Contribute to the business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, infrastructure requirements, product revisions, and any business activities required to plan RPA projects
• Troubleshooting and training of robot controllers from time to time; develop and adapt RPA development standards.
• Responsibility will also include handover of RPA projects to Business, and provide post Go-Live support. Collaborate with multi-located Development, Product Mgmt, Infrastructure, and Operations teas.

Project Management Skills:
• Perform the relevant project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management
• Identifies potential points of contention for missed deliverables; creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget
• Anticipates problems before they occur; defines the problem or risk; identifies possible causes;
