Job description

Air Force (AF) Strategic Communications Analyst will enable A4C senior Leadership (General Officers, SESs, and Division Chiefs) to engage with other DoD leaders and AF Civil Engineering (CE) personnel across the world through developing communication strategies leveraging the latest innovative technologies. This mission is to enable standardized messaging from the CE Headquarters to the CE Enterprise in regards to: career enhancement resources, policies, procedures, educational opportunities, and organizational updates.

The Strategic Communications Analyst will spearhead virtual and in-person conferences for base-level personnel, scripting written features and oral rhetoric for Senior Leaders, and marketing AF trainings, resources, and tools to develop the CE Workforce. To best address needs of CE personnel and propose viable innovations, the position may require travel to conduct focus groups at AF bases, data gathering and analysis, and research.
