Air Force Career Field Management Strategist will support A4C Leadership in promoting the career development of base-level personnel across the world. A4C Leadership includes Air Force Leaders (General and SES-level) and Career Field Managers of the Civil Engineer division. The purpose of this support is to connect the Headquarters with base-level personnel by building relationships with key stakeholders, strategizing solutions, and measuring progress. These efforts are expected to include virtual conferences, strategic communication, and creation and marketing of trainings, resources, and tools to develop the Civil Engineer workforce.
To best propose viable innovations, the position may require travel to conduct focus groups at bases, data gathering and analysis, and research on latest technologies. The Career Field Management Team's mission is to strategize and execute innovative solutions that maximize the engagement of military and civilians with Air Force Leaders, remove career development barriers, and provide valuable virtual training and resources to over 50,000 Air Force personnel.
