Job description
The IBM Global Financing Center, which commenced operations in Malaysia in 2006, is a cross-functional organization that provides expert business support, pricing, credit, IT and business controls for IBM Global Financing business across IBM's140 growth market countries. The Center's mission is to provide responsive and effective support services to internal clients to facilitate the achievement of planned business results and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Perform manual cash adjustment in CARS system that includes refund, write off and other cash adjustments.
2. Ensure the daily operation meet the SOX requirement;
3. Perform Billing Reconciliation
4. Support treasury and accounting team for checking payment, historical allocations analysis;
5. Maintain good relationship with upstream and downstream cooperation teams and try best to make client success;
Required:
· Bachelor's Degree
· Basic knowledge in Internal/external customer or supplier contact role - via phone - must be confident and eloquent.
· Good command of Thai and English: Fluent
· Good communication skilll
· Intermediate excel skills - Pivot Table and Volookup functions
