Job description

The Travel Analyst is responsible for the Travel issue management process for the client. This includes, but not limited to, quarterly fare cap gathering; managing Trip self derived cap report; and responding to employee inquiries

Responsibilities:

·  Understanding of the general information on corporate card, expense report and travel operation processes
·  Responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner
·  Providing effective and efficient Issue Management solutions that are acceptable to both client and customer.
·  Validating Trip self derived cap report
·  Maintenance, continuous review and improvement of fare cap gathering and information reflected on the Client's internal website
