Job Title: HR Service Administrator - EDM/CC
Employment Type: Regular
Location: IBM Naga, Jose Tan Bun Keng Building, Ninoy and Cory Avenue, Naga City
Shift: Night Shift, 9pm - 6am
The HR Service Administrator has the responsibility for a process administration within a country or across several countries for one or more assigned HR processes.
“Employee Data and Records Management” means the performance of all activities necessary to capture, track, modify and report employee-related electronic and physical data. “Employee Data” includes data on active employees and inactive employees (e.g., terminated, term vested, deceased, and annuitants, and appropriate non-employee populations). An EDRM Staff is hired to support the Employee Data Management team executing the processes. The EDRM Staff meets the job requirements of this role by meeting Service Level Agreements and delivering productivity and cost improvements.
Create and maintain employee and organization data changes as well as new data in the system, e.g. manual creation and update of employee folders
Index documents in the system relating to employee and organization data
Input indexed documents into employee folders in the system
Import employee data into the system and index the imaged documents
Prepare and distribute documents to other service areas based on agreed upon procedure
Monitors images with errors and refers this to the appropriate contact for resolution
Running reports from the system; Creation of manual reports, both regular and adhoc reports
Extract documents from other electronic sources other than the system and to appropriately receive and sort these documents
Receive inbound calls from customers and answer questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
Educate callers on client processes whenever necessary
Document all calls with regards to caller's inquiries accurately using Call Tracking System.
Provide quality customer service on every call.
Communicate clearly and effectively with participants
Performs other tasks as required.
