We have an exciting internship opportunity for a data-savvy individual within our HR Team.
If you thrive on dealing with high volumes of data, have strong analytical skills and are confident in working with Microsoft Excel, this role is perfect for you.
Overall, your aim will be to improve the employee experience .
Your experience with reporting and analysis, combined with your hunger to learn and get involved in a variety of operational tasks will be critical to your success in the Compensation and Benefits team.
Your responsibilities will include:
· data gathering and analysis,
· assisting to prepare presentation materials,
· assessing and improving existing management systems
All degrees from a tertiary institution in Australia are welcome.
To be eligible to apply:

- You will be enrolled in a relevant degree at a University in Australia (undergrad/Master's level)
- You will be a strong academic performer with a minimum of a credit average
- You will have no more than 2 years full-time relevant work experience
