Roles and Responsibilities:

·  Design/Develop/Maintain new and existing RPA controllers in various environments.
·  Analyses, defines and documents client requirements and recommends solutions; conducts impact analysis studies under supervision.
·  Participates in quality assurance activities and oversee execution of robots.
·  Available for shift work 4am-12noon EST or 3pm -11pm EST
Deliverables and Description:

·  Produces programming specifications, writes new or modifies existing code and produces technical documentation such as user guides.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  At least 2 years of experience specializing in RPA configuration services and Blue Prism process development.
·  Experience identifying and addressing bugs and potential flaws in current Blue Prism processes.
·  Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science
·  Experience developing in a cross-platform environment (Windows, Linux, Unix).
·  Experience within an Agile environment.
·  Excellent troubleshooting skills.
·  Excellent negotiation skills.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
·  Great attention to detail.
·  Must be able to conceptualize and verbalize the benefits of technology in solving real business problems.
