Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· +2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates in for the IT Industry
· Knowledge of Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
· Ability to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels
· End-to-end management of selection processes
· Stakeholder engagement
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
· Intermediate English level
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
· Advanced English
· Deep knowlededge and experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, CRMs, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
