Job description

This role is located in the IBM office in Raleigh, North Carolina. There will be limited remote work option post covid. We are co-located in the office, but maintain a responsible consideration of health and safety practices - which includes ongoing support for an in-office/remote office balance during these unusual times.

There are no relocation funds for this role so you would need to relocate at your own expense.

The Product:
Dashboard application managing end-to-end metrics and the broadest set of integrated data available
anywhere in IBM, all from trusted, validated and controlled data sources. Highly-contextual views for executive 'at-a-glance' scorecards to the deepest level of granular data for insights and action with a complete suite of metrics for Revenue, Signings, Pipeline, MRR/ARR/NRR, Usage, Consumption and Contract details. For Executive, a Seller, Sales Manager, Product Manager or a supporting Operations or Finance role.
The Role:
Seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join the team to collaborate in the design and development of the BizOps Dashboard. In this role, you will working closely with the stakeholder to gather business requirements to derive technical needs in order to enhance and expand the existing tool, working in sprints to deliver both front and backend needs. You will also be working with Python to develop charts and graphs, integrating these with the existing ETL tool. Experience working with machine learning a plus.

In addition to this, you will be working closely with the team to further optimize the tool end-to-end, including identifying and addressing technical debt as well as implementing new innovations identified by the CIO.
