Responsibilities:
• Delivering high quality client relations and support on a daily basis
• Identifying potential partnerships as well as developing current ones (prospecting, account management, support)
• Monitoring users queries via our live chat and other channels
• Supporting the team to organise events for external stakeholders and investors
• Liaising with all areas of the organisation and adapting to the needs of the business
• Keeping up to date with our target audience’s interests and behaviours
• Determining the brand’s perception and reputation

Seeked profile

Position Requirements:
Knowledge & Experience
• A first successful experience in Client Relations or Business Development
• Microsoft Office skills including Power Point and Excel
