What's the story?

In 2010 Julien Hervouët and Jonathan Gueron set out on a mission to add a human touch to online customer service. They founded iAdvize and today we have become the leading real-time customer engagement platform in Europe with a very unique proposition. Today, 195 people from 12 different countries work for iAdvize in Nantes, just 30 minutes away from the French Atlantic coast. Our fast growing international team now has 15 people in our offices in the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy.

Job Description

The Business Development Representative delivers the iAdvize message to target companies in order to generate qualified leads for the Sales Team to follow up on and close. This position requires great acumen in understanding each prospect's unique business drivers and consequently, adapting the iAdvize ROI and value proposition to each situation. This is a fast-track position for future high-performing sales professionals and leaders.

As an iAdvize Business Development Representative, you will use your hunting and communications skills to build enthusiasm around iAdvize's solutions among prospective customers and help unlock doors for our sales team. Business savvy and with a sense for opportunity, you will become a key contributor to company-wide growth.

A Day in the Life of a Sales Development Representative:

• Hunting: Researching companies and identifying key decision makers, who are strong targets for iAdvize's offerings.

• Messaging: Driving intrigue through insightful conversations, emails, and voicemails, using advanced research techniques.

• Outreach: Establishing conversations with key decision makers, with the goal of creating introductory sales meetings.

· Collaboration: Working with the marketing team and field sales to drive success.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degrees
· Detail oriented, results-focused, and highly motivated
· Previous outbound appointment setting experience is a PLUS!
· Ability to make back to back phone calls
· Speak and communicate effectively
· Take rejection during cold call tasks without being discouraged
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Effective communicator
· Commitment to achieving performance goals, individually and as a team.
· Knowledge of software industry a plus.

Contract type: Permanent contract, full time
Salary: Attractive / Fixed + Variable (% turnover generated) uncapped
