About the role
Park Hyatt Kyoto is currently seeking an experienced Wellness and Spa Assistant Manager who will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Wellness and Spa Assistant Manager is responsible to provide hands on support and guidance and ensure service provided are in accordance with the standards of performance and sequence of service. You will also be responsible to ensure the discerning guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a relationship with the spa, not just a visit.

Qualifications :

Qualifications
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Spa in the hotel
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required
·  Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training will be of great advantage
·  Business level in spoken and written English and Japanese is essential
