Job description
The Wellness & Recreation Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Wellness & Recreation Manager will ensure guests enjoy an exceptional wellbeing experience throughout their stay by overseeing the spa, wellness, Nomadz and kids club operations. Will report to Director of Rooms.

Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years in similar position.
Dynamic leader with strong leadership skills.
Proficient in retail management.
Strategic thinker with implementation skills.
Active and outdoorsy personality.
Knowledgeable about spa, wellness, and recreation.
Five-star resort experience recommended; spa background required
Fluent English and Spanish required.
