An excellent opportunity has become available for a driven Waiter/Waitress to join our Montagu Restaurant team.

We are an international 5* hotel nestled on the picturesque gardens of Portman Square, just 100 meters north of Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Our aim is to create energizing experiences that connect our guests to who and what matters to them most.

About the role:

The daily tasks and main responsibilities of the position include:

· the ability to demonstrate knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu
· monitoring operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
· assisting guests during their stay and handling guest complaints
· maximizing revenue opportunities through up selling
· providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities to our guests.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

With your intuition and dedication to people, you are always striving to deliver a great service for guests. If you are a motivated and passionate Waiter/ress who likes challenges and creating personal connections with guests, we would like to meet you.

Previous experience working in the same or similar role within a five star hotel environment is desired but not a must.
