The Waiter/ess is accountable for providing guests with all service and assistance connected with their VIP And Club Lounge dining experience. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

• knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu
• to monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
• to assisting guests during their stay and handling guest complaints
• perform the opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned
• provide all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities

Desired profile

We are looking for a people focused, team player, curious and proactive Waiter/ Waitress – Regency Club to work alongside our Food & Beverage Team. With your natural social skills, smart appearance and your passion to achieve the best, you will be part of a strong, fun and vibrant team.

Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a five star hotel environment is desired.
