Job description
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Waiter/Waitress is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned place of work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
Working shift patterns 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm 5 out of 7 days
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Some experience in a similar environment would be an advantage. English Language qualification of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. Food Safety Level 2 qualification is desirable, however the opportunity to take this qualification is avaialble with the Company. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
