As Waiter/ess joining the Montagu Restaurant team you will responsible for delivering an excellent and impeccable dining experience for our guests and for supporting the vibrant existing team in the daily operations. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

· Setting up the restaurant
· Welcoming guests and taking drink and food orders
· Serving food and wines
· Providing a personalized experience in order to make their stay special
· Handling complaints in a prompt and efficient manner

Desired profile

With your intuition and dedication to people, you are always striving to deliver a great service for guests. Previous experience working in the same or similar role within a five star hotel environment is desired.
